UNIFY have also installed their own remote monitoring software that alerts them of potential wear and tear on parts as well as faults and low toner levels.
Our meter readings are collected remotely by the software and toner is dispatched automatically when toner levels reach 20% remaining.

The Xerox devices supplied have now been installed for a few months and are proving to be much faster and better quality than the printers we were using, the scanning speed has saved us considerable time in getting our documents into an electronic format and the colour speed is much improved.
An additional bonus is UNIFY manage everything, so we don’t have to worry about toner supply and if ether device breaks down it is all covered under the total volume print plan agreement.
