UNIFY hope all our customers, theirs love ones and the wider communities are keeping safe. Whilst the country is on lockdown and dealing with a global pandemic unlike any many of us have ever seen before, we appreciate that many of our customers, especially those in key and essential industries need to remain open. UNIFY have taken steps to ensure that we are able to continue to support these customers as usual and are working with our suppliers to ensure delivery of services continues with as little interruption as possible.
To ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers we have made significant changes to way our service operates.
This means that many of our team are working from home which may result in some minor delay in dealing with enquires. In the first instance, we will provide remote diagnostics and support whenever possible. Physical customer site visits will only take place where it is absolutely necessary and the location our engineers and technical staff are accessing is not likely to endanger them, the customer or any service users.
We therefore ask that you please provide as much detail as possible when reporting any service issues so our team can assist you as quickly effectively and efficiently as they can. We also ask you to observe all social distancing rules if UNIFY colleagues have to attend your premises.
UNIFY are communicating with our suppliers to ensure that all toner and parts are still available but please be aware delivery times may be slightly slower than usual and many of our couriers are currently limiting all physical contact and therefore may not be asking for proof of signatures etc.
We would like to send our heartfelt thanks to all key workers who are continuing to put themselves in the frontline of tackling this horrific coronavirus and all those that are keeping the country running. We send our deepest sympathies to the families of all those who have been affected by or worst still, lost their lives to this disease.
